We’re stepping into a new season.

How is your heart?

Are you carrying grief that feels heavy? Have you been holding it alone, hoping it will ease with time? Does sorrow quietly linger beneath the surface, waiting to be acknowledged?

What if, instead of turning away, you turned toward it - with care, with presence, with support?

Life at any moment can be filled with grief and sorrow.

Our world is in the midst of chaos and great loss.  Our communities have been shaken by destructive fires, weather events, and unprecedented and harmful decisions made by the government of the United States. Our friends have lost their jobs unexpectedly. Perhaps a family member has passed on to the next world or perhaps you have received a diagnosis of serious illness.

When Sorrow is Left Unattended

When we leave our sorrow unattended, hoping it will fade on its own, we risk harming ourselves. Grief can disrupt our well-being, impact our intuition, and even affect our sleep. But when we tend to our sorrow with care and intention, we create space for healing and renewal.

An Invitation to Tend and Heal

You are invited to take a three-week journey to turn toward your sorrow, tend to it with compassion, and create space for healing, again and again.

Our 3-Week Journey Together

Join me online, from the comfort of your own home, exactly as you are.

Each week, we will explore a different theme, guiding you on a compassionate journey to honor, release, and restore your heart.

Week 1: Remember

We will name and honor our sorrows - the big and the small, the visible and the unseen.

Week 2: Release

We will surrender and let go, allowing grief to move through us rather than be held within.

Week 3: Restore

We will recover and renew ourselves, finding a path forward with greater ease and resilience.

As a clergywoman, she has supported individuals and families through loss - whether from death, divorce, betrayal, livelihood, safety, or the tragedy of gun violence. She has taught classes, led support groups, and given talks on sorrow’s many aspects.

She also knows grief personally, from her brother’s life-threatening health issues to losing classmates, meaningful work, and her mother to Alzheimer’s.

Terri recognizes the deep suffering in both personal and collective grief. This mini-course is her response to the immense sorrow unfolding in the United States and across the world today. She invites you to gather, check in with yourself, and receive the support and love you need during this difficult time.
